Sue had nothing to report for Vice President.

Linda Hoy gave the Treasurers Report.  The general account balance stands at $9,207.21.
Class funds are as follows:
Kindergarten: $1,727.21
1st grade: $2,252.89
2nd grade: $552.75
3rd grade: $2,530.92
4th grade: $2,143.05
The Treasurers report was approved with a motion by Roxanne Zuber and a second by Lynn Madden.

Mr. Fetterman had a couple things to discuss.  He mentioned that the field trips that were considered changing can possibly stay the same with the help of school buses.
He is unsure about the date for the Knoebels trip at the end of year due to the snow make ups.  Skate party planning is under going.

Lynn mentioned as of right now March 8 and 9 are the tentative dates.  They are giving us a good discount on the rental of the skating ring.  HART is going to pay the entry fee but the students need to pay for their skates.  We can bring in snacks and water will be provided.  Saturday will be 4:15-6:15 and Sunday 4:30-6:30.  We will be asking for help with snacks.  Next everyone discussed how we will work the dates but everyone decided that the students can go either day.

Mr. Fetterman then thanked everyone for there help with everything.

There is no old business.

Next Sherry talked about the last box top collection in which Stone, Gessner and Varano won.  Brenda Feese is donating a treat.  Sherry mentioned that the next sheet to come home will be Olympic themed.  She mentioned that things are moving along for the playground equipment.  The next fundraisers will be Brewser’s night and a bus trip to Washington DC.  50% is needed to put down on the equipment and it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery. She is looking at the end of March beginning of April to order.  We will need a group of parents to help with the installation.  The final total for the equipment is $29,100, ordering the equipment that is on sale is saving us $7,086.  If there is extra money left over she would like to push some new things for students such as jump ropes and balls for their classrooms to have for recess.  Anyone interested in helping please contact Sherry or an officer.
Linda mentioned that the books for fundraisers will be coming home this month.  We will be doing Gertrude Hawk and Schwans.  Pick up for candy will be April 11th.  Mr. Fetterman mentioned that something will be set in place so that other groups of the schools fundraisers will not over lap.  Discussion of prizes and how that should be set up was next.

Next meeting will be March 5th at 6:30pm

Meeting was adjourned at 7:25pm with a motion from Roxanne Zuber and 2nd by Georgiann Noll.
