In attendance were: Officers - Terry Genners, Sue Griscavage, Linda Hoy, Dawn Knoebel; Teacher Rep. - Tia Brown; Parents - Amanda Noblit, JudyLynn Weaver, Bob Eick, Kristin Gemberling, Michelle Conway, and Kim Levan.
Sue Griscavage had nothing new for the Vice President's report.
Linda Hoy had no new activity for the Treasurer's report. Funds remain the same. 5th grades remaining funds were transferred over to the SMART account. The report was approved with a motion from Bob Eick and a second from Amanda Noblit.
Secretary's report. The January meeting minutes were reviewed. There was a motion to approve from Michelle Conway and a second from Bob Eick.
Principal's report. Mr. Fetterman was not in attendance.
Old Business
Pennies for our Playground...Bob Eick suggested using the extra money towards new games to be used during indoor recess. Would need to get a wishlist from teachers.

Teacher Appreciation week is May 4-8. Looking for volunteers.
Next meeting will be Wednesday, March 4, 2015 @ 6:30pm in the library.
