HART MINUTES
February 3, 2016
The
Meeting was called to order by President Terry Genners at 6:35pm.
In
attendance were: Officers – Terry Genners,
Bob Eick, Amy Snyder, Dawn Knoebel;
Parents – Amanda Noblit, Lynn Madden, and JudyLynn Weaver.
Bob
Eick had nothing new for the Vice President’s report.
Amy
Snyder gave the Treasurer’s report. Our
balance as of 1/31/16 is $32,827.50 and class funds are as follows:
Kindergarten
- $900.01
1st
Grade – $1,024.53
2nd
Grade – $2,892.55
3rd
Grade – $3,430.31
4th
Grade - $739.90
The
report was approved with a motion from Lynn Madden and a second from JudyLynn
Weaver.
Secretary’s
report. The January meeting minutes were
reviewed. There was a motion to approve
from Amanda Noblit and a second from Lynn Madden.
Mr.
Fetterman had nothing new for the Principal’s report.

Nomination
of Officers for President & Secretary needed for next year.
Our
next meeting will be March 2, 2016 @ 6:30pm in the Library.
