March 2, 2016
The
Meeting was called to order by President Terry Genners at 6:31pm.
In
attendance were: Officers – Terry Genners,
Bob Eick, Dawn Knoebel; Teacher Rep –
Tia Brown; Parents – Kim Pesarchick,
Lynn Madden, Vanessa Stine, Tom Levan, Andrea Koch, Allison Wetzel, Sherry
Humphrey, Amanda Noblit, Kristin Gemberling, Jennifer Daubert, Ginger Peoples,
and JudyLynn Weaver.
Vice
President’s report: Bob Eick reminded
everybody that we need chaperones with clearances for the upcoming field trips. Still need dates and pricing.

Treasurer’s
report: Amy Snyder was not in
attendance.
Secretary’s
report: The February meeting minutes
were reviewed. There was a motion to approve
from Sherry Humphrey and a second from Amanda Noblit.
Principal’s
report: Mr. Fetterman was pleased with
the great turnout for the meeting and movie night, but the sound system needs
work. He also reminded us that PSSA’s
will be April 11th - 15th.

Family
Movie Night – Thank you to all volunteers and everybody that attended the
event. There is debate whether to purchase
an individual or annual license. One
time showing is $172.00, and an annual license is $498.00.
Gertrude
Hawk delivery is Tuesday, March 8th at 11:00am. Looking for volunteers to sort and distribute
candy until 7:00pm.
