May Minutes

The meeting was called to order by Treasurer Linda Hoy on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at 6:38pm.

In attendance were:  Officers - Linda Hoy, Dawn Knoebel;  Teacher Rep - Tia Brown;  Parents - Bob Eick, Amanda Noblit, JudyLynn Weaver, Angela Charnosky, Allison Wetzel, Tom Levan, Kristin Gemberling, and Sherry Humphrey.

Vice President's report.  Sue Griscavage was not in attendance.

Linda Hoy gave the Treasurer's report.  Our balance as of 4/30/15 is $26, 159.92 and class funds are as follows:
Kindergarten - $778.53
1st Grade - $2,053.60
2nd Grade - $4,229.31
3rd Grade - $1,609.90
4th Grade - $3,009.95
The report was approved with a motion from Bob Eick and a second from Angela Charnosky.

Secretary's report.  The April meeting minutes were reviewed.  There was a motion to approve from Bob Eick and Amanda Noblit.

Principal's report.  Mr. Fetterman asked for volunteers for Field Day on June 3rd, and mentioned moving on up day on June 1st.  He also gave a big Thank You on behalf of the whole staff for Teacher Appreciation.

Old Business
Basket Raffle that was held on Family & Community Night made a profit of $553.00.  Thank you to all that donated.
WBRE WeatherBug camera will be installed on the Middle School facing the Elementary School tomorrow, May 7th.
Box Tops - Last collection sometime next week.
Labels - Still looking for a volunteer to chair.

Mr. Fetterman is looking into the possibility of getting new/cheaper school picture people.
