HART MINUTES
November 4, 2015
The
meeting was called to order by President Terry Genners at 6:30pm.
In
attendance were: Officers – Terry
Genners, Bob Eick, Amy Snyder, Dawn Knoebel;
Parents – Ginger Peoples, JudyLynn Weaver, Jennifer Daubert, Amanda Noblit,
Sherry Humphrey, and Jill Swank.
Bob
Eick gave the Vice President’s report. A
big thank you to all of the volunteers.
Amy
Snyder gave the Treasurer’s report. Our
balance as of 10/31/15 is $20,910.16 and class funds are as follows:

The
report was approved with a motion from Sherry Humphrey and a second from Amanda
Noblit.
Secretary’s
report. The October meeting minutes were
reviewed. There was a motion to approve
from Amanda Noblit and a second from Jill Swank.
Principal’s
report. Mr. Fetterman was not in
attendance.

Prevention day went well with enough food.

Candle was handed in, but available online til January. Thanks Sue.

Festival was a great day. Thank you to
Sherry, Amanda & crew. Also a thank
you to our high school volunteers.
